I must agree on this... Too many people don't realize what it takes to get a business up and running, I don't care if it's a hole in the wall or not. You have to ahear to certain things. Not using false advertisement. Not saying the customer is always right, they aren't. But everyone has a certain side of truth to their argument. The more willing the customer is to stand their grand make the issue known and work for a solution without trying to just out right accuse bad business practices odds are they will get their money back or compensation. In short... Iv known many local small and large business owners and the last thing they want is something potentially legal, exact same thing goes for big corporations. last thing they want is someone smearing their name all over the press/news. it's all about going through the proper channels.

Ehh, I don't really care either way, Karma has a way of coming back towards people. Also with what I am siting on atm, 10m is not much. Too many people make assumptions before they have all the facts, and too many jump into things with all the right intentions but no use of their heads. I had the extra credits... I had good intentions... No major/any effect on my game-play from giving away the credits. Did I judge someone by starting to spout possibility's on a public forum about another player whom I do not know? Nope! Were they my credits to decide what to do with? Yep!

Back when I played SWG we had a thing setup with most experienced CSR's for big trades where you reported the person's for their whispers so it would save the chat logs... using /report or filing a ticket and explaining it was just a safety measure. Then you both proceeded with the trade.

Fair enough, well let him know that I have 10 million credits set aside for him and that I rolled a republic character just now since we are on the same server. My characters name on republic is Hundus I think, I just created him.
