<The Olde Guard> is looking to recruit players to join our progression teams for 4.0. Currently in need of: Raid Group 1: 1 HM ready healer (scoundrel/commando) 2 HM ready MDPS/RDPS Raid Group 2: All Raid Group 3: All Raid Group 4: All Raid Group 5: Full We are an end game PvE progression focused guild (pub side). Our specialty is in our 8m teams (RG1, 2, 4 and 5), but we are in the process of trying to reboot our old 16m raid team (RG3). At this time, we are hosting an open recruitment for the guild. You can either join a team, join the guild as a filler/temp raider if available/we have an absence (back up raider, for any player that can't really commit to a raid team). If there is potential to open/fill a new team due to membership/interest, then we will be happy to open up new teams (specifically 8m teams). We are looking to open up a casual 8 man team down the road as well. (Scroll to the bottom for contact information) Basic Requirements: MUST be over 21 years of age Understands English We request that you be willing to talk (at least in the 8m teams) Require that players be in our TS server during raid (must listen to raid calls etc) Require that players be in star parse during raid Our teams: RG 1 (8m) – Open T/W/M – 9pm EDT/6pm PDT start (3 hour time slot) - chance that the days might change (weekdays) In need of one healer (scoundrel/commando). In need of one RDPS. Please be geared/have experience -- we are a progression team at end level content, please only apply if you are capable of these spots. RG 2 (8m) – Open T/W - 9:30pm EDT/6:30pm PDT start (2.5 hour time slot) This will be a new HM team, so this is a chance for players to get in on a new 8m progression team. This is intended for only serious players though, so this is not a casual team. Be ready to prove you deserve a spot on the team. In need of tanks In need of two DPS. In need of one healer. RG 3 (16m) – Open Sun – 9pm EDT/6pm PDT start (3 hour time slot) Casual team at first, meant to become a progression team This team is meant to start off in SM to work through the 16m mechanics/strategies and quickly move up to HM when the team is geared/capable of running in HM. Please be willing to prove you deserve a spot. All roles available RG 4 (8m) – Open TBD - Weekdays at a later start (~2am EDT start/11pm server start) This will be a new HM team, so this is a chance for players to get in on a new 8m progression team.
