  1. I don't know why players fined the Flashpoint harder with melee in it. I have a Gunslinger and a Vanguard Tank. Yes having range only makes the tanks job a bit easier. But a tank should easily be able to kite the Boss. If the Tank can't kite in this fight , then they are lacking a skill that is needed for tanking Endgame. My fastest run through Lost Island HM was with a Sent DPS, Vanguard DPS (his first time), Scoundrel Healer, and me as Vanguard Tank. We did the fight in about 30-35 mins. One death only on the droid. This fight is hard if you don't know the mechanics of it. The only players I don't take in this FP is new 50's that don't have the gear yet for it.
  2. I know it is more then 9,999,999 because a friend of mine had 14,000,000 at one time. I believe it is more like 999,999,999 because I'm sure there are players with 100,000,000+ already. The MMO's I have played had a 999,999,999 cap.
  3. You don't need to exclude any dps. The way my guild does the bombers is simply. When you are finishing the last group of adds, the tanks pull them to the center so that we don't have far to run when the bombards appear. On the last one we only have one tank kiting the last boss while we wait for the bombard to appear. Last time we did it we had a sage dps (full Rakata), x2 Dirty Fighting Gunslinger dps (full Rakata), Commando dps (in Healer Rakata). We had a vanguard and shadow Tank. Our Shadow tank would kite the boss because our vanguard had higher dps. Our healers were Sage and Commando and they would dps also if they didn't need to heal at that time. As you can see we have 2 DF Gunslingers, their not burst dps and also a commando that switched spec and was in healing gear. So what you need to do is when that last bombard comes out everyone but your single tank you choose the kite the boss should be dps the bombard down. Also you should be placed in the center so that your dps only have to move and waste about a sec to get close enough to start dpsing. Hope this helps you out.
  4. In that fight the key to it is that no one can help each other in no way at all. So your tanks need to take guard off on whom ever they are guarding. One thing you can do tho is if one of your members is having an hard time and they have their target close to dead but time is running out then everyone in your ops group is aloud to hit the target once. So you can have everyone hit the target once with their hardest hitting ability to finish him. My guild had to do this once for one of our new healers, she could get it close to dead but couldn't beat it in time, so we all hit it once and finished it for her.
  5. On the Republic side it is a Terminal you click which will have a News show about Corellia by one of the entrances to player ships. All I know is I finished all my class quests and Ilum quest, then when I went to the fleet I could get it.
