  1. We haven't had any problems with full melee setup in EC HM. 2 maras + 2 sins, or 3 maras and 1 sin. No problem at all. We marauders are almost immortal, so we rarely die and our dps is extreme. But of course, it would be easier for ranged, but I like the challenges and we have been full melee setup since EV NM and KP NM anyway. At the end, it is a matter of a skill and improvisation.
  2. We killed them with full melee setup in 8man HM. The trick to make it work was to get a little bit further from Zorn, before Toth jumped to him, as sometimes it killed us even when standing on max range. Therefore the uptime on Zorn was smaller than on Toth, so we saved all CDs (bloodthirst, adrenals, relics) for the part where we swapped to Zorn. We have always divided 2 and 2 melee (3 maras and 1 SI assa). Besides that, it is not that difficult fight (we were all full rakata obviously).

  4. I am valor rank 58 with champ equip (exp 500). 30 crit and 87 surge (remodified enhancements and mods to max up crit and surge)... I dominate everysingle WZ, I prefer Huttball. In Hutball I always have to win the WZ by myself as other people are just hunting kills. I think here marauder excels as the best class. I use double sprint and keep my CC breaker ready to be stunned on fire and always use Force Charge to get to the line asap. And ofc to postiion yourself against a potential knockback is a must... (It is even possible to carry the ball while 7 ppl hunt you down and you still score... just time your defensive abilitites, sprint and undying rage and intimidationg roar...works like charm). On defence, you just use slow and heal debuff and dot the carrier like mad. Helps a lot. With regards to the dmg. Sometime only Sorc can outdps me and that is only when I carry the ball... In 15 min WZ you can get easily over 500k dmg and 75k healing. I never lost 1ono1 until now to any class. Annihilation is just awesome. With regards to survability... I would say, that we are the best.... I rarely die in mass PVP fights on Ilum, merely only due to the lags... I can be up the frontline for dozens of seconds, and even though I am focused, if someone is healing you, you can last forever. Keeping Force Camo ready to get out. I love the Marauder class. Too bad, they gonna nerf the surge rating (( And yes, marauder is the most skill dependant class... I rarely meet skilled sentinel or marauder in WZ, which is not bad for me, as I can outshine them all PS: I am not trying to say, marauder is unbeatable, I am just saying, if you know how to play, use brain and positioning and in addition if you have a healer behind your back, you just rock ! Server: Legions of Lettow (In case someone wants to proof to me, that I am not unbeatable in 1on1)
  5. I am Anni with only Centurion Wpns (Champ wont drop... valor rank 53) and few champion armor and centurion as well (450 Exp). I usually top the damage done (if I have a healer I already beat 500k dmg and 100k healing). 99% of the time, I will crit more than 2500, usually around 3500 without relics adrenal to a low (medium) armor. I have not tested Rage yet as I do like the DOTs because as a marauder, your uptime on a target is seriously limited by the freaking CCs everywhere. FYI: You can get decent AOE dmg from Anni. Battering assault to g et some rage, Deadly Saber and spam Sweeping Slash. This will spread the bleeding to all targets if you are lucky. Fire up berserk and nice.
  6. Sure, from my perspective nothing improved at all. Ravage - still bugged (animation starts and does not to any damage, taking you out of control of your character for 3 seconds) --> can happen multiple times consecutively (3 times for me in a row yesterday) Annihilation - mega slow animation which does not attack (it ends up about 75% of the whoel animation) --> happens several times in a row Battering Assault - won't fire at all, you have to use a different ability Rupture - Same problem as Annihilation Berserk - lol I had to press the button 20+ times before it activated Undying Rage, Predation, Bloodthirst, Force Camouflage, Relic, Saberward, Adrenal - Same as above, maybe enough if you hit the button several times ( <20] Cloak of Pain, Deadly Saber - sometimes cannot be activated even though it has no GCD (I suspect the annoying animations to cause this - eg. skill before hitting CP or DS is not fully finished in terms of animation, so the abilities won't fire. Moreover, the announced fix for counting victories in WZ correctly not working - yesterday I have won 4 games which has not been counted as a victory (out of 13 !!!) I seriously think Marauder (Sentinel) is not ever gonna be fixed. All I can see are plain and generic comments, that they are aware of it, but nothing actually happens.
