We are currently looking into getting a second progression team together but we would need someone to lead this team: The team would be for HM progression The team would be a mix of experienced and newer players to HMs The leader would need to know the fights and be patient with some of the players who aren't familiar with all HM mechanics The guild would support the team with whatever they would need to get started (subs, members from team 1, etc) If you are interested or would like any more information please send me a PM or a tell in game (Malose)

Mistakes Were Made is a small, laid-back Republic-side guild (65+ qualifying accounts, 10-15 active per night) that focuses on operations. We are looking to recruit players interested primarily in end game raiding. Guild Mandate Our goal is to ensure that, through teaching and guild support, we achieve the following: Help all players be comfortable with and able to clear all Story Mode operations Help get all players in full 236 set-bonus gear Here is what our average week looks like (some activities overlap nights, we CAN count): 4-5 nights a week are open Story Mode Operations (generally group finders). These are intended to teach new players, help gear alts, or give us something to do. 2 nights a week we have our HM/NiM progression group running (currently recruiting a tank) 1-3 nights a week we run HM operations for more experienced players (or those with SM experience looking to expand their skillset) Communications: We primarily use TeamSpeak for voice communications due to the quality and features. Average nightly TeamSpeak participation is 8-15 depending on the night. We use Discord for all out of game messaging Not sure if you want to join? Is it important to you to place top 10 in conquest every week? Are you looking for a large guild to carry you? Are you looking for a guild with strict rules, expectations, and membership requirements? Are you more interested in talking about your old achievements rather than focusing on improving? Do you define your self worth by the achievements of the guild? If you answered YES to any of the above questions then Mistakes Were Made is not for you. We don’t schedule weird guild events and force you to participate. We don’t expect you to be online every night. We are on the Republic side with Imp mirrors but prefer pub side. We are currently missing a tank as our old one has transferred to Harbinger. We are a HM/NIM raiding team that was working on Revan HM and SNV NIM before the break. If you're a tank and are looking for a Raid group with similar experiences and ambitions, please send me a PM. Concerning the guild, we were a part of a medium-sized raiding guild that raided either HMs or SMs every night of the week, but we are not currently interested in building our back up and running it. Our 16man HM team is full and we are working on fillout out a new SM team with players interested in getting into raiding without too much pressure as well as another HM 8 man team for more experienced players. 16-man HM Prog Recruitment <Mistakes Were Made> is looking for DPS or HEALS interested in spots in our 16 man HM progression group. The group runs on Thursdays from 8-11pm EST with a secondary night on Mondays at the same time. There are also options for other groups within the guild (SM intro, 8man HM, NiM). It is easiest to contact me if you need more information. Expectations/Information Interested players should have some previous raiding experience in HM operations. Gear is not a factor as we will make sure to gear you fast if you are a good fit for the team (Augments necessary). If you are new to raiding but are still interested we can incorporate you into another team to help you gain experience while we explain the fights and gear your toon, and then move you in when you feel ready. Participation in Shadowlands Republic Raiding Our goal is to get as many Republic Shadowlands players into raiding to build a bigger raiding community on our server, regardless of guilds and egos. If you have a guild doing mainly Story Modes and need help transitioning to Hard Modes, want to build interest for operations within your guild, or are a single player in another guild and just want to learn without pressure to leave your current guild we would love to help.
