So here is the deal. I was able to get the full set of Champion Enforcer gear for my Merc. BH. Now the Enforcer set originally only had 1 pistol available. The only "set" of pistols for dual wield was the medic. So I took those at the suggestion of Customer Service.
Now, after one of the patches the other gun for Enforcer set shows up. Long story short I open a ticket, they tell me no problem write a message to this address with the word seasaw in the body of message.
I do it. Nothing. Mean time two of my PvE friends that put in the same claim for PvE gear weeks after me both get taken care of.
I get a live agent, promises me will be fixed... nothing.
My friend gets a live agent TELLS HIM HE WOULD LIKE TO PASS ON HIS OPTION TO REFUND HIS GEAR SO I CAN HAVE MINE DONE SINCE I HAVE BEEN WAITING LONGER (HE IS PVE BY THE WAY).. The agent said I would be helped ... NOTHING.
TLDR
Was promised a refund on incorrect gear (champion set) for 2 pieces, never was taken care of, but PVE buddies all had their sets fixed despite applying for help weeks after me.
