SO Warzone comms now cost 30 Merc for 10. They used to be even trade. WZ were 30 for 10 merc. and Merc 10 for 30 See how that basic math works BW. Found this out after massive people complaining about losing Comms by accidentally clicking on WZ not Merc from PvP vendor.

A week, I dream of a week. The worst part is the live agent trolls I'm getting. Like yeah that's getting fixed for you. Don't say you are going to do something if you aren't.

So here is the deal. I was able to get the full set of Champion Enforcer gear for my Merc. BH. Now the Enforcer set originally only had 1 pistol available. The only "set" of pistols for dual wield was the medic. So I took those at the suggestion of Customer Service. Now, after one of the patches the other gun for Enforcer set shows up. Long story short I open a ticket, they tell me no problem write a message to this address with the word seasaw in the body of message. I do it. Nothing. Mean time two of my PvE friends that put in the same claim for PvE gear weeks after me both get taken care of. I get a live agent, promises me will be fixed... nothing. My friend gets a live agent TELLS HIM HE WOULD LIKE TO PASS ON HIS OPTION TO REFUND HIS GEAR SO I CAN HAVE MINE DONE SINCE I HAVE BEEN WAITING LONGER (HE IS PVE BY THE WAY).. The agent said I would be helped ... NOTHING. TLDR Was promised a refund on incorrect gear (champion set) for 2 pieces, never was taken care of, but PVE buddies all had their sets fixed despite applying for help weeks after me.

I complained about this problem via a ticket in all caps, and also unsubscribed and told them so in the ticket. about 10 min later I had a live agent. Ever since that exchange EVERY WIN has counted for me.

OMG thank you for proving my point! Found a POHder (Pants on head) I didn't say run away, which isn't losing. I said move lmao. If you move you lose waaaaa. Now I see what we are dealing with. Bioware wow, I actually feel for you a bit here.
