Well actually if you need a good tank i can bring my Juggernaut unfortunately he has one or two 168 pieces though has full set bonus. He's tanked some hm's and could use a slight bit more experience though i haven't been a problem when i've tanked in any hms before. If you want to give it a try you can message my character sigefrid in game. I am available almost any day and can work around the nightmare teams schedule if you guys are interested. If you want to run a hm with me as a tank to test my skills let me know and we can setup a date.

Our guild is willing to host it on TS: ts.ordoimperialis.com no password we have close to 256 slots available. We can also create a private channel for us to stay in while we are discussing it.

While some of our guilds are unable to form NM teams, something to consider is cross guild nightmare teams. Even if a guild can do it independently; if we can at least get 24+ regularly clearing nightmare content that should get us so that more and more nightmare content is run. After a few weeks of that we could potentially go back and use our gained knowledge and skill to train our own guilds. Just a small idea that may not work; though, still wanted to get it out there.

I agree with Zuhara largely. The expectations of groups really needs to be made clear to those that would help them with their progression. I for one have stumbled into two groups that were in HM DF progression, a few months ago, and it was the worst runs in my entire SWTOR experience because of there attitude towards raiding. However, the ops lead was also a plain dick to everyone even within their own guild and it self collapsed probably 2 weeks after coming to the server. So at the same time it could also have been due to their Guild Leader, knowing what their expectations were before hand still could have helped.

especially whenever you decide not to mentor them, but to kick them from the party saying "I dont care if you are trying to cover for someone elses mistake, if covering for someone else mistake causes you to miss your part then you are just as bad"... ignoring the fact that you cant speed up a cool down on interrupts just because you feel like it... and kicking healers because a healer, who has to spend most of there time cleansing players since the other healer is ignoring his cleanses and getting a slightly higher heals per second... and ragin on crouptor zero because one person was caught by the beam.... do i have to go on

the only reason i kept on was to get my one oriconian and all i got was a crit piece as a sniper... Also that exactly characterizes him, he seemed very childish and but hurt over the game way to easily.

Since i personally ran DF HM with RSO; I can confidently say, avoid them at all cost. Our grouped wiped nearly 40+ times. Rambo booted the healer cause he was trying to cleanse dps but Rambo didn't care. He then had to pug in 2 Members to even get close to finishing the ops. The whole time he berated every member of the operations and forced all non guild members to receive only a single item at his discretion. He probably ran one of the worst Hard Mode ops I have ever run.
