Even if you don't agree with the people that are angry about the way EGA was handled or not. Bioware has angered a large number of fans who PRE-ORDERED thier game. These are not people who just happened to pick the game up. These are the hardcore fans who pre-ordered, some months in advance. Fans who gave them the benifit of the doubt that myself and many did that the EGA would be handled in a decent manner. At this point if this was not a Star Wars MMO and I didn't have a group of great people to play with there is no way I would be playing this game because of the lack respect and information Bioware has shown its loyal customers. It is pretty tough in today's mmo market to treat such a small percent of your customer base so well day one and anger such a large percent and not have that bite you. That is loyalty Bioware try and keep people informed and prove to them that you actually respect more than thier wallets. Adding back the grace period would go along way to gaining some of that good will you spent with this launch.

That would be about the time of the first group instance. Funny how it isnt as much fun if you can't play with your friends because they are either not in game or 10 levels ahead of you.

Yeah don't count on it. The game may be good but the PR and the way it is being run is not. These are the same guys that came out after day one of EGA and said what a smashing success it was. Yeah a couple 100,000 people out of millions were playing with a massive leveling exploit. Success is viewed differently here.

Yep 100% It was the was the way it was handled that pissed the customers off. Being kept in the dark, checking e-mails, on top of a broken code redemption process that pissed people off.

Stop acting like the LAUNCH is the 20th. The LAUNCH was the 13th people playing the game on live servers is LAUNCHED.

Your right a queue would imply you know about when you get to play. Just because you personally don't think it is an issue a large number of people do.

How is it the PLAYERS fault that the COMPANY went live with the game and only allowed a small fraction of the player base to play on day one. If the heads of the company think the game LAUNCHED, the launcher says the game LAUNCHED, and some people are playing the game LAUNCHED. It is BS that they are letting such low numbers into a live game. As far as people saying that this is what they said they were gonna do, they never said that they were gonna bungle it this bad.

Unless you buy the old agage that "Any press is good press" this LAUNCH is nothing short of a disaster. If they get server queues on top of this bungled staggered start then we may need to come up with a new term like I don't know.....pulling a SWTOR.

Actually that isnt true. None of the details about EGA were released DAY 1. People aren't arguing the EGA as the way it was handled. Don't say that this is what was we were told we were getting. That would involve INFORMATION, they gave little to none and still aren't.

This is supposed to be about a smooth launch for everyone right. This way they don't have to worry about thier servers either.

Could you imagine. All of those yelling at people to stop whining would become the whiners. That would be the greatest troll move of all time.

Since Bioware said UP to 5 days early access. You guys would be ok with that right. It isn't a big deal right. You wouldn't mind not playing the game for a couple days right.

Please stop with the it hasn't launched stuff. It has launched, the front page says it launched, the launcher says it launched, and the small % of people playing the game definately think its launched. IT LAUNCHED.
