most of my characters are gone. the ones left say level 1 and there is even one that had not existed in at least 8 months. awesome.

Was in Cival War on my Vanguard. I pull an operative/sniper off ledge. Soon as he's down he blinks out and is up on the ledge where he originally started. Same guy a bit later as I'm on him blinks out again(I dont see the vanish animation) and is across the screen. Game was laggy last night, but is that someone doing something squirely?
