You must have not read my post in those forums. My issue isn't that they are telling me no. Its that over 3 tickets they have not told me yes OR no. They dont tell me anything. Infact, the way the responses are written, I'm not sure if they even speak english. Not to mention it takes over a week for a non answer. If they would simply tell me they will not change my name I would accept it and move along.

Am I the only that is extraordinarily disappointed with the Customer Service in this game? I mean I love this game to death, its honestly the best game I have ever played, and I believe BioWare has created a true masterpiece here. But EA's Customer support (which is must be) is just completely unhelpful and useless. When I had a problem in WoW, they actually helped me get my problem resolved quickly and effeciently, its a shame that this awesome game is being dragged down by poor customer service.

Envii is nothing special if thats what you mean, and the guy defending him couldn't be either if hes calling him a good player. I saw the video, I could name atleast 100 things envii did poorly and could be improved upon. The reason I don't call it out is because envii doesn't claim to be amazing, hes just showcasing the overpowered consumables and has stated as such.

The damage dealt by Shoot first is not insane, especially not on a tank. I have full champion gear (and I mean actually full champion gear) and I just avoid attacking anyone thats a tank spec cause its a waste of time, I wont kill them quickly and my damage becomes balls once im out of stealth. The idea that we can destroy even tanks is ludicrous. Sure we are they strongest 1v1 class, but the game isnt and should never be balanced around that.

What a flat out lie. You trinket the first stun and get put right into another? Our first stun RESOLVES PEOPLE. Good players may be good. But bad players are bad, and you are a bad player. If you break the first stun and immediately pop your defensive cooldowns you will win the fight hands down.

All I saw in this video was a noob who stacks consumables. When rateds come out you will be at the bottom like the rest of the trash. Didn't even take the point cause he didn't know he had a dot on him in the beginning lol

If you pick the dmg spec as a scounrel/op (which I am) I can confirm to you while I do crit people for 5k (not as often as everyone is yelling about) I have one heal, which heals 1.5k on a 2.5 second cast and gets me out of energy incredibly quickly, I may as well not have it at all.
