Ok, i preordered the CE and i had early access for all but the first day. it worked great, now however i reloaded from the game discs and it wont let me play. what is up with that?! anyone else having this issue?

I was looking at the CE things that you get and two of them got me thinking. First the Security Authentication Key Fob and second the Exclusive Collector’s Edition Store. now when I opened up the game to see if I could play it yet there is an advertisement for a security key that you can get as a fob or as a mobile app and it says that this key grants access to exclusive in-game vender. So my question is this, If I spent the $150 on the CE mainly for the store does this now mean that I could have just spent the $80 or however much it was and then just dropped a little bit more more the fob and store?
