[Paid for 450 CC but didnt receive it.]

I paid yesterday for 450 cartel coins, but still didnt receive them. I have thr receipt that proofs that i paid it. Is there anyway to send the receipt for the support for them to add those coins to my account?

Yesterday, for the first time I decided to buy some things in the Cartel Market. Bought a Bundle, a pack, some utilities...

So, I decided to stay with 680 coins, but when I bought a pack, came with some good items.

But when I put 3 packs to claim, got an error and was refunded ONLY with 400. 200 Coins simply vanished.

 

I'd like to know if i'm going to have those coins back, please.
