I paid yesterday for 450 cartel coins, but still didnt receive them. I have thr receipt that proofs that i paid it. Is there anyway to send the receipt for the support for them to add those coins to my account? Thank you

Hi Yesterday, for the first time I decided to buy some things in the Cartel Market. Bought a Bundle, a pack, some utilities... So, I decided to stay with 680 coins, but when I bought a pack, came with some good items. But when I put 3 packs to claim, got an error and was refunded ONLY with 400. 200 Coins simply vanished. I'd like to know if i'm going to have those coins back, please. Thank you.
