i can't find enhancements to craft on any of my toons...and i have all 500 level. this is really making me disgusted with this game.

So basically since i have pretty much all cybertechs for modifyable gear i am screwed. i don't even have a synthweaver. this new craft stuff really is baddddd..

I wish they would let you do fp's in solo mode with the droid like when you did the story line. I really enjoyed doing them. I totally agree with you.

I disagree. The relationship with Kira is by far more special, and it has all the heroics in the very special places, and the whole JK story is very much about the male Knight and Kira, with the whole forbidden romance between the two Jedi, and Kira’s formidable, plot-important background; and Kira being there from Tython on, and in the Fortress Kira’s being all in need of a rescue, and Kira’s having funny soundset; Kira’s being brave; Kira’s being perky; Kira’s being all that and more; and Kira being the only not the First Recruited Companion that has her own personal quest, and the game for the Knight basically finishing with Kira’s Quest to save….
The female Knight?
After being outright ignored by every male she runs into, at the end of Chapter 1 (that’s weeks into playing a game), finally a shifty-looking guy says he’d take that only speeder, buy-buy, without even a token nod to chivalry. That screams the romance, right there! And, he tries to get under her skirts!!! Oh, and he is a sissy healer with a blaster! And has an ex-wife! Then after a series of quickies, he decides to marry her! Woo-hoo! But he’s Okay if she’d rather not. So very special. Totally like Kira! High adventure! The stuff of legends! Worth playing a fantasy game for! Cannot be found anywhere else! What every woman secretly dreams about!
And that’s after the male Knight can flirt from Tython on, from a shy Twi’lek to Satele and Saresh. Males get to flirt with women in position of authority, powerful, attractive and cool, be that Larchys, Satele, Zash or Saresh. But when it comes to the female toons… the entire Jedi Order cannot field one powerful and sexy male that is interested in women. And their nemesis beat them in that department... by one lousy flirt with Arkous.
The HUGE Star Wars game, 8 Class stories, 40 joinable NPCs, thousands upon thousands of NPCs and not one developper thought that there are might be female players out there that would find a dashing Jedi knight or a dangerous Sith lord alluring? Or did they pondered it, and decided that their audience is too sophisticated for such a cliched choice?! And went with a drunk cowboy, a termite at heart, and a bunch of broken soldiers instead?
And, no, the game is not about a romance specifically, and there are tons, and tons of other stuff, and all that, but I play males now.
SWTOR finally convinced me to stop playing my own gender. I just want very different romantic interests that are on offer for all 8 classes as a female toon.
OMG! I couldn't have said it better!! Female toons are so screwed romantically. Doc? Really? Who wouldn't stab that guy in the heart after one conversation? and what true Jedi would risk their reputation for something like that? My male guard had serious conversations about what happens with Kira before they went for it. My female Sentinel tosses it to the wind over Doc? Iresso is just too precious but with my Jedi being dark I'm having a hard time getting up with him.

I just finished it with my operative. And the level i ended up after having defeatet Revan, was just below 59. I didn't use an xp boost, nor did i do the FP's as they where already done. An entire level below max... guess they have really changed what they used to. Before it wasnt a problem reaching max level, now there has to be done quite some work. Doing the weekly on Yavin 4 won't get me close. And i was fully rested
*sigh*
I have put thru 5 60's now and 2 were 60 before Revan, 2 were only a bubble from 60. Not sure what you are missing but unless you are skipping the side quests (which I didn't) then you should have been at least halfway to 60 by the time you finished Yavin.

I just finished my class quest on tattoine and didn't get my extra xp. I was level 29 when I got on my ship, just turned, and it said I received 121972 in xp but when I looked at my xp bar it hadn't moved and showed only 37k in xp for level 29. Definately there is a bug.

Well, I have been having it really bad but only on 1 of my computers? Is there any kind of fix for this other than holding for CS for an hour?

I still can't get in on my higher toons and the one i can get on is newbie and even when i c an get on her, none of her skills will work. Any answers for a fix?

I would say that servers are not up since I just seem to sit on the load screen. Have tried reloading launcher several times. Anyone else having this issue or have any suggestions. Been trying for over an hour now.

Anyone else think that the quest for warrior where you have to kill back to back to back goldies is absolutely too hard? I grouped with 4 warriors all level 41 or 42 and we got creamed over and over. The bosses have so many tricks that we couldn't seem to interrupt. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?

"Tons of money" spent on schematics? What twilight zone server are you on? Cybertech schematics sell for squat (well pretty much all schematics). I NPC vendor every cybertech schematic I get from slicing because it's just not worth the effort.

Well I can say that right now I am the trend maker for the +33 Crit Crystal on my server. No one else is selling it and I am 1 of 4 people with the schem. on my server. I have talked to all 4 of them and we all came to the agreement to sell said crystal for 250k a piece and to not undercut one another. Seeing as how I haven't seen another put on the GTN in over 2 weeks I have, currently, a monopoly on this crystal.
Other than that I found your post to be very funny, if I am reading you correctly you spent a darn good amount of time slapping the heck out of a guy for saying "follow GTN trends" .... Something tells me that you could of done this a lot easier but you proved that you know your marketing trends. I tip my hat to you good sir.

TLDR : I am bad at crafting and market analysis, therefore it is a money sink.
News flash, there are plenty of players who are making a ton of money off crafting.
BOP crafted items are personal rewards for picking up the skill. Just because you don't like the look of this speeder, plenty others probably do. You just don't understand the concept of trying to have a unique character. Some of you are too blinded by stats.
If it's a personal REWARD then why do i have to pay an additional 210k credits to be able to ride it?
That's what i think is way way overpriced.

I have the exact same skills on one of my alts. Slicing for money and the scavenge/UT for supplying my higher level crafters or selling. Works great so far.

Slicing does return a few blue and purple schematics that you can't get from a vendor, mostly for ship upgrade parts and BoP speeders. You don't need Slicing, however, as these schematics are usually on the GTN for cheap. There are also drops in Operations for high level stuff. Other than that, though, yeah, Reverse Engineering, which is completely random. You might get a purple schematic after a dozen tries, or after a hundred tries.
You get a message when a companion hits a critical while crafting. I think it's something like "with great success." It only applies to Earpieces for Cybertech, however, as it has no impact on Armor or Mods.
There are bugs and things that need to be fix. You should be able to browse your crafting menu while at the GTN, for example, and you will sometimes get a "you already know that schematic" message when you hit a critical while Reverse Engineering. Very frustrating, and hopefully a lot of this will be addressed in the next content patch.
Yes..the wonderful BoP speeders that you can't resell. That makes me very, very angry.

I'd say wrong faction schematics dropping from the advanced gather (investigation, underworld trading, etc) missions should definitely be up there.
Also, many Armormek items seem to be misnamed, some parts of a similarly named "set" will be DPS gear, some parts will be tank gear, and some items that have defensive sounding names have DPS stats and vice versa.
OMG that is soooo true! And even on the GTN on the Republic fleet i have to scroll thru all the Sith gear to get to light. Really bad deal.
And don't you love it when your companion returns saying "I'll think you'll be pleased with the results" and brings back nothing! LOL

Armormech is for aim and cunning. I see a ton of str/end str/wp gear but having a BH and smuggler I see a serious shortage on gear for them. I would think that you could make pretty good credits selling all levels of gear at a reasonable rate.
As far as re-rolling. I would hesitate on that just because the game is so new and changes are sure to come. Wouldn't you hate to drop a fully trained skill only to find out that with new relese it become the best profession on the game? Which would be my luck..lol

Came over with a group of friends from LOTRO. All of us starting to fossilize but loving the gaming experience. If you're looking for all adult kin give a shout to Gwaneth or Naomi-exara on Girrada the Hutt Server. Guild name is Renegade Order/light or Renegade Disorder/dark. We have a blast and have been all playing together for over 5 years. We have teamspeak so we can chat whether we're going dark or light.
Otherwise..if you are on that server and just want to group with some funloving adults give a shout out.

Kudo's to you!!! i luv my Corso man. I luv flirting with other npc's and watching him get a little jealous..lol. I also left him original with the tail and think he looks great. Now that they got the dumb harpoon thing fixed he will always be at my side. Can't wait for the next flirting session with him..hehe.

I have logged and relogged but still show ineligible. Sent a ticket to CS and they said it was a known bug with no ETA of repair.
Just parked my Van and will level my Smuggie til they fix it i guess.
ps. Also was addressed in the release today about known bugs. Something about not taking the repub shuttle but use your own ship to go to Corusant???

Glad to see I wasn't the only one wondering ***???? I wasn't even deserving to be seen at the party or in on Theron and Lana's conversation? I don't even get a final cut scene with my LI after the stern warning i got about this being my final choice for romance? Really really enjoyed the story but was just heartbroken at the end.
Also...I have the Eternal Fleet. Who in their right mind would even think about causing trouble? I can have them wiped out in a matter of minutes. Big hole there.
