Man, that sucks so bad. I don't get why Juggernauts shoudln't have gear with Hoods..

I have been looking like crazy for a craftable custom/orange Chestpiece that has the same looks as: http://www.torhead.com/item/g6Ulk8q/ultratech-vindicators-chestguard I've found some recipies but only for Medium Armor. And what I'm looking for is Heavy Armor. What I've found it doesn't seem to be any chestpiece with hoods available from crafting that us Juggernauts can get. Does anyone know if there actually is possible to craft that kind of Heavy Armor Custom/Orange Chestpiece? Or any Heavy armor Custom chestpiece with a Hood even?
