Why do I constantly get " reorganizing data " when i try and launch the game ??? I never ever seen this in any other game . I get if there is a patch or something else but almost every time I log in ?????????????????? Also, why do I always have to go to my mail to get some damn code ?? Is hacking really that bad in this game ? Maybe hire a better security programmer ? Another thing is why won't the game load when i have the window in the background ??????? No other game does this ...NONE ...you have to have SWTOR in the front while it takes forever to load ...seriously this is stuff a game should have all worked out in it's first patch not still a problem years after launch ....

World of Warcraft ( not vanilla which I think SWTOR tries to mimic ) Guild Wars Guild Wars 2 Everquest 1 and 2 Ultima Online for 5 years Lineage and many many others for shorter amounts of time I am more than qualified to speak my mind .

I strongly disagree with the xp rate im sorry . I just feel the rate is to slow for the amount of time spent compared to other MMO's . Maybe im just a slow leveler and others are experts I don't know but I do know my class pretty well and I blow through the missions pretty quickly but between travel time and the low xp rate it's so tedious

Great video and the mount speed is just a tad to fast but almost perfect ...man I wish mounts went that fast and especially mounts with rockets boosting them ..so lame to see a taun taun running as fast as a pod racer . >.<

Played this game the last 2 months and 2 months at launch and unsubbed yesterday . I have played MMO's for 15 years now . This game has some major good points but way to many bad points even as a sub. Here are somethings I would do to make this game better and im sure some will agree and some won't and that's fine . Note : If I was EA I would scrap this game as is and start over again with the Unreal engine 4. With one team creating the core world based game play which would be story based like the game currently is only without the WOW style graphics and one team creating an open sandbox style space fighting game that meets somewhere between EVE online and Star Citizen. Given the 200 million budget of SWTOR we should have had something like this anyways but they spent way to much money on marketing and flashy cinematics . What I would change moving forward . 1: Squish the bugs that have plagued the game since the start . I give them credit for making the engine slightly more playable but still tons of character stuck issues ,Occlusion issues ,combat bugs , glitchy interface bugs . 2: Do something to make this Game engine run better and at higher FPS . I run on a mid range gaming PC ( quad core cpu , 16gb ram ..etc etc ) and in fleet unless I have my graphics set low especially shadows the game not only lags but I am getting less then 30 fps and I can play Battle field 4 on max settings online and get over 60 fps ...*** ??? I blame this on them using the crappy Hero engine of course and that is a main reason I would scrap the game and start over it's embarrassing how bad the game engine is .. 3 : Greatly decrease the amount of xp needed for each level . Even as a sub this game feels like the worst korean mmo grind fest . Yes having interactive quests/missions is nice and helps but spending days on a planet ( normal people only play a few hours a day at most ) gets old really fast . I am leveling an Inquisitor and keep logging out because I get bored on Alderan because the class quest on that planet is really boring and the xp grind after 30 is sooo sloowwwwww....and REMOVE the xp limits on free to play players !!! You rely heavily on income from F2P players , but people are not going to really start spending cartel money until end game because there is zero reason and incentive to do so ...so why would you restrict leveling speed ...people are not going to sub because the leveling goes faster they will sub because the game is fun and for the end game advantages IMO. 4: Increase ground mount speed ...man it takes forever to travel to places ...can't tell you how annoying this gets . In no way shape or form does traveling on your swoop bike give you the look or feel you are traveling fast like they are moving in Return of the Jedi 5: For the love ....do something about making que times for flash points shorter for dps . Seriously I know playing tanks and heals is not as fun as pew pew for most people but it's seriously less fun in this game ! Im sure this topic has been beat to death but it's true...45 min que times is a real downer ...buff none dedicated healer healing for example when not in a warzone ! That would help with healer que's anyways because more none healers who mostly dps would be inclined to heal if they did not have to respec to do it . 6: You desperately need to allow addons for this game ..I seriously can't believe you do not allow 3rd party addons especially when the interface sucks badly !

bellhawk I so so so much agree with you and other " im awesome at swtor " kids might pretend to think they can take on elite quest bosses ...maybe some 1% can ....but most people are with you ...and think this game is so focking over tuned it's not even funny .

Ok , so I am an older guy and I am just having trouble leveling when you get into the level 20+ zones . Every quest has some elite mobs who hit really hard attached to them and all the dying is really getting to me . I ask other people to help sometimes and when I do the quests are almost to easy even the elites . Maybe I suck at swtor I don't know because I am good in wow and some other MMO's this game just seems overly difficult sometimes and randomly . Looking for someone to level up with who plays later at night PST time ( after 11 pm pacific ) I don't care what realm . I'd like to level as a commando or the empire version of that I was having fun with that class ....but all the dying I was doing just gets on my nerves and makes me not want to play so I hope I can find someone who wants some good company while leveling

Fast forward to 2013 ,,,,necro bump I dont give a Fck ....ive tried downing this guy 7 times ....Bioware this guy represents why you fail so hard and why you had to lay off so many people ...this isn't f-ing fun ...it makes me want to unsub ....get it ...wake the F up ...

If EA wanted to really make good on it's promise to " do better " it would start with SWTOR and get FULL support and development rolling again ...the game is damn good it just lost all it's support ....No reason this game should not have several million subs other then EA focking with the original vision of this game ....man EA deserved what they got .

I paid money for this game so yes im venting that it sucks im forced to stop playing . 1: You tried to make this game like Vanilla wow and so no other game in history will kill you as much as SWTOR...with its random elite mobs that not even in a heroic quest so you just die over and over until you have to find help for a normal quest . 2: You picked a crap *** engine developer making only people with high end gaming computers able to do anything other then basic leveling and even then at 4 FPS. How about next time you don't pick a engine developer that has only made text based MMO's ...seems like common sense . 3: Your crap customer serivce 4: Your lack of any modern MMO services such as faction changes , server transfers , name changes and all the dozens and dozens of standard MMO services that should have easily been apart of a 300 million dollar game . Good luck ....i'll try this crap game again in maybe another year when you only have a few thousand subs of only hard core star wars fan and see if you cleaned this mess up .
