    I don't think you can get much out of your current laptop. you either have to a. buy a new pc (not a laptop) or b. wait for 1.3 and see if that increases performance.

    You can try clocking up your CPU and RAM. Currently, I'm running a stable system with my CPU clocked to 3600Mhz and my RAM to 1500Mhz (1333Mhz at default). Game is running smooooooooooth.

    There never was any for swtor because BioWare beat them with the ugly stick since the game came out. They have filters in the game making it impossible for people to spam advertisements.

    I could care less who get's a patch first, extending the maint beyond 13:00 is ridiculous.

    Indeed, price pr gig for ssd's atm are quite expensive. They'll get cheaper though, no doubt.

    Blizzard got separate maintenance for their game, and that game was first released in the US. Either A. BioWare is trying to save money on maints or B. They are piss poor and can't hire people for a second division to do maintenance on servers for the people in Europe.

    No one is asking them to do radical changes to the game, many are simply asking for more sandbox elements other than the gear chasing that is PvP and Ops.
