I quit in Feb, due to low server poulation. Should I come back now that I can free transfer to fatman?

I have waited in the Queue for Veela multiple times for over an hour and as I get close to being logged i get a "1003 error". This is very frustrating.

If I only have a few hours a week to play games, I DO NOT want to have to spend any time queuing. A lot of people have jobs and families that do not allow them to spend hours of waiting to play for an hour in the evening.
