  1. Simply unacceptable. I'm a web development project lead of a major luxury retail corporation. If I and my team functionalized, developed, tested, implemented and supported a project, lets say a BOGO (buy one get one free) promotion week event , that upon production activation simply didn't work and produced hundreds (if not thousands) of unsatisfied customer responses and emails, and then I simply said to the my director, CEO, CIO and CFO this can't be fixed during the promoted window, let's just say I would be looking for a new job. Simply unacceptable. What are BWs development and testing standards? Does BW have any at all? Is this hardware, software or infrastructure related? Does BW have backout plans? Implementation plans? Disaster recovery plans? I know as a community manager you (Eric) are not responsibility in this issue. You are simply relaying information to us as users. Just remember that information highway goes both ways. You also have the responsibility as a community manager to relay OUR dismay, disgust and utter disappoint to your superiors.
  2. Foundry/Esseles hyperspace client crash. Seriously, 6+ months in the game. Cross server GF. Healers now waiting as long as DPS. CC/CM removal.
  3. If spawning companions cost CC they would have this fixed by tomorrow. If it doesn't affect CM/CC, bug is low priority. Been waiting for the hyperspace client crash fix for over 6 months.
  4. Just FYI to the OP, reported back in November. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=557867 Back then it was "High" priority, but since then the CM has arrived and we all know where the money comes from so don't expect a resolution soon. Already been 6 months and no result.
  5. I'm having the same exact problem. I have reset the quest multiple times, but still die upon zoning in. I've submitted a ticket but have not gotten a reply yet.
