I too had this problem, sent in a ticket, and was told they'd up channel. TBH i outleveled this insanely hard quest for the lvl you get it....as a side note, i found that being stealthed and walking up to him, apparently triggers him and he will attack, at that point let him come down the stairs and he's golden.

Even though the quest is for my class, is it supposed to be a group quest? I only ask because there is no way as a lvl 32 medic specced operative i can defeat this guy. I've spent 2 days of about 3 hours each trying to kill him. I've used all my companions in various roles, tried using interrupts, tried running, tried everything and i can't even get him close. So i ask again, am i supposed to be doing this alone? Also, has anyone simply bypassed this till later on and gone and leveled more, or is that not possible. I don't see why they made this guy so hard, considering he has a ton of abilities that need to be countered, healed or run from, hard to do all at once.
