Everywhere I see it's talking about using something called Shoot First lots, but I'm only level 12...I don't get that for like 24 more levels. Anyone have a guide on what to do at lower levels? I'm playing DF, I have a Trooper Medic so I'm really not interested in playing Sawbones.

Interesting, I've heard that this is the case, I've also heard that the tooltip pop up doesn't show the affection gain, but at quest hand in you get it part of the quest completion/rewards window.

Sorry if this isn't the correct forum but I can't find a clear answer anywhere about this: When you are grouped and you make a light side choice that would normally grant affection to your companion, but your party members dark side choice wins the roll, do you still get the affection? (I know you get the lightside points.) I want to play with my GF (darkside) and I have a similar level LS character, my companion seems to like LS choices. If I lose the roll but I voted for an option my companion likes, would I get the affection? Thanks!
