I had two tickets pending...
One was closed and stated it had to do with instant 60 tokens, when I explicitely mentioned a) I never used my free start-at-60 token and b) the character in question is level 52. The rest of the response just goes on and on about how wonderful their customer support is and if I wanted to take the time to take part in some survey, since my problem was "solved."
The other ticket also got closed today and simply said in very broken English that I needed to log into all eight class characters to somehow trigger the credit for LP again, which was worth a try. Sadly, it did nothing. Beyond that, the response was "they're looking into it" like Eric here said, ending with another ramble of how world leading their customer support is.
