Been enjoying my Operative a lot, and I'm noticing some issues that really stand out with the class. I think Lethality is lacking a good tool to generate TA for Cull, Medicine suffers from energy management problems while maintaining a solid heal rotation, and Concealment has a little too much power stuffed into Hidden Strike in PVP. The class is almost in a good place, but the below would fix a lot of the gaps in the trees, imo. Lethality - When your poisons tick, they have a chance to grant Tactical Advantage (cannot occur more than once every few seconds). License to Kill is a good place to add this. Medicine - Kolto Infusion no longer costs energy. This heal is completely useless after Surgical Probe atm. Make it useful as part of our core rotation and let Surgical Probe be our clutch heal when target is < 30%. Medicine - Diagnostic Scan now usable while moving and duration reduced to 1.5s. This skill is pretty weak atm, especially when compared to Rapid Shots from the Mercenary. Concealment - Hidden Strike damage reduced by 10-15% and Jarring Strike duration reduced by .5-1 second. This skill is pretty silly, atm. Sorry, guys. Just my 2c.
