  1. Was there any mention in dev posts about dye slots coming to more armours for 2.2? Most orange grade armours have the option for dyes, but some don't; I was wondering if they were going to be implementing dyes further.
  2. Depending on the price, I'd be ok with it. No more than 50CC. If they do charge more, it should be a removable option that you can put on any armour you want, but only one at a time per purchase.
  3. Weird. I have the Gold one and it doesn't... I just assumed the rest were the same, my bad.
  4. So I was playing around with previews today and found a combo of dye/robe that I really liked. However, the robe did not have a dye slot (Omenbringer's Robe, Adaptive, Consular class quest item). I don't care much for the robe alone, but with the deep red and black dye it's exactly what I want. I could understand why Bioware would not want all armours to have dye slots (like the Gree event ones), but why are some common adaptive armours (like the one I mentioned) lacking the option for a dye? This really is my only beef with the dye system (yes, the random packs suck, but you can just buy what you want off the GTN), there is no way around it; either an armour can dye, or it can't. So If a Bioware rep could give an answer (yes, no, maybe) to the question in the title, I would be very pleased. Ty
  5. As I said in my edit, I made a new folder for it to install to. The first time it installed, it put it in a folder called "EA". There was also a pre-existing folder called "Electronic Arts" which only contains Battle for Middle Earth 2. I noticed that when I did the custom install, it was trying to save it to that "Electronic Arts" folder for this time around. I told to save to a new folder called EA. It's installing now.
  6. Ok, thank you. I'm kind of old school, I prefer solid copies of games...
  7. So I had a physical copy of the game for a while but never had time to play it. I started to install it this morning, subscribed, and started to download the client. When I saw it was downloading an 18 Gb package I thought it was downloading the game (I'm new to all of this and was rather confused), and because I have a physical copy I thought, "why download it? I've got it right here in physical, it will be faster to install it this way." I then proceeded to uninstall what was there (at this point the game client kept downloading the patches). Tried re-installing via the discs and very quickly into the installation it said 'Installation failed!". Tried downloading the installer setup via the website, got it going and it said the same thing. Now, I have no folder in my start menu for the game, no desktop icon, and the client is "Repairing Files (39)" at a very slow rate. Can someone explain to me what to do? will everything be ok? EDIT: Ok, so I found that if I install it to a new folder it installs...
