  1. Healers are the ones with the mark over their heads. The marks look like a yellow crosshair, red flame, green lightsaber, gold star, and blue sheild. You should be interupting, stunlocking, and melting them at every possible chance.
  2. Since it only took ~5 days to hit 50 the first time you did it, just reroll on a populated server. It will be faster the second time around, with people to group up with, and your problem will be forever solved. It will take longer to get transfers than it will take you to get 50 again.
  3. You need one of those sigs that says "English isn't my first language, sorry for the difficulty reading". I believe the word you want to use is spelled "stuff", but I could be wrong. If you are mad at the staff, call Bioware and give them what for.
  4. Altimate

To hit 50 or not to

If it was me I would just save up 1k WZ tokens, 1K Merc tokens, and then ding as fast as convenient. Play a little at 50, do some dailies or whatever, make some money, then when 1.2 hits buy your stuff. It has been dev confirmed that it is not dropping until after PAX East, so you could be waiting awhile if you wait.
  5. The huge advantage in WoW with Tauren Mill and South Shore was that you got the notice in chat that "South Shore is under attack!" no matter where you were. Many times I would see those notices and just grab a few guildies for some impromptu PVP fun. Miss those days, but not enough to play that awful game again.
  6. There is one on Tatooine last I checked, sadly no one is ever there
  7. Notmadatall! Carrying dead weight is fine, but I wish the gear had ratings requirements so I could be more filthy rich than I already am!
  8. Coming soon, to a forum near you
  9. Nope: I have become dissatisfied and I vote with my wallet. Really liked this game, but too many things needed attention and didn't get it, while things that never needed changing were changed.
  10. Have you ever fought SOA? This boss bugs 50% of the time for us, no exaggeration. From floor pieces missing, to him hanging up and not descending, to no loot after he dies. It really is a PITA Ever try to do the daily on Ilum "defend the shipment"? constantly get the "already in use" message with no one using it. I could go on, but if you don't see bugs in this game, you are not playing the game.
  11. I think the Legacy name "Nerfed" would be appropriate
  12. I usually throw on any defensive ability I can, send my tanky pet at them, and run my *** off for the door. By the time the pet dies, I have a good lead and they will usually disengage before hitting me.
  13. This is why I think it's weird, I played day 1 WOW with my current guild (many have come and gone) on Bloodhoof. We've been together through all of that, and then onto WHO, RIFT, AoC, and many other little games we just played for fun. We raided them all, and have currently cleared the content on this. We don't interview, or force people to spec. We haven't used DKP since the days of 40 man raids. Sometimes I think it's like a myth made up by people who don't have a group, that raiding means you have to be a jerk, and play all day long. We raid 2 nights a week, no big deal and no jerks. I bet if you looked you could find several guilds just like ours, we are not unique in any way. Seems like a stereotype, that may be unfounded about raiders.
  14. I always see this negative attitude towards raiding and raiders and I wonder where it stems from. I raid with my friends. They don't treat me poorly or they wouldn't be my friends, and I wouldn't do anything with them, let alone raid. I think the problem isn't with raiding or raiders, it is with one's own ability to chose their friends wisely.
  15. I did beta, and played all the toons, then chose the BH because it seemed the best. I really wanted to play an IA healer, but it just didn't seem as viable as the BH, so I went with that. Now it feels a lot like going to a restaraunt and ordering a steak, and they bring me a hotdog, claiming we're all out of steak. Keep your hotdog, I'll go somewhere else where I will get the steak I want, I don't eat hotdogs.
  16. I'm still getting them, got one from the weekly box, and one from the daily box yesterday (your results may vary). That was the first time I got a twofer though, and I've been at it awhile.
  17. Really great idea, make sure you post this in the suggestions forum
  18. Now you are talking out of both sides of your mouth. Do you want to be "efficient" and spec the highest DPS for the job, or not? No one argues that properly speced DPS are more efficient. Your camp is arguing that crappy speced DPS are viable if only enrage timers didn't exist. How "efficient" is that?
  19. This dead horse has been beaten before, but DPS should be thankful for enrage timers. Since all classes can do "moderate" damage, the only reason to bring a pure DPS class is the enrage timer. If moderate damage was enough, I would bring 2 healers and 2 tanks, and kill everything without worry. Never have to worry about aggro, would be so simple a caveman could do it.
  20. Apparently no one thought we would actually invite our guildies to a group, so they forgot to add that function to this game. I have been patient and refrained from complaining about this, but come on, how long must we wait? I know there is a work around, and that it's merely an inconvenience, but seriously it just screams amature hour. Bioware you are better than this.
  21. Hopefully all of them....Friends don't let friends PUG for PVP
  22. While in general I agree with you, the problem is in the EULA, it specifically states that the use of 3rd party programs to play the game for you, is forbidden. When you use these keybords and mice normally it would be no problem, no programming is needed. However when you make the macros, it usually requires the download of a software which activates the macro portion. Hence the possible use of a 3rd party program to play the game for you. This is why it could be interpreted as against the EULA. Hope this clarifies it somewhat.
  23. So you believe everything should just be given out and have no cost at all? I mean do you see how seriously silly that is. Cost allows people choice as to what they want. If everything was free, we would all own everything, and it would all be worthless. More valuable things should cost more, and the true currency in MMO's is time, not gold, and not credits. If you have less time, you won't be able to afford the things people with more time can, unless you figure out how to be more efficient with your limited time.
  24. Can I have your stuff, if you even did enough to get anything worth anything. On second thought, Good luck in your future endeavors!
  25. The reason you are getting so many "you're bad" posts is because it's easy to assume that if you aren't smart enough not to make a post like this, you probably aren't smart enough to be good at anything including PVP. I mean it's pretty obvious...if you feel you want to quit a WZ do it, but there is no need to ask people's opinion about doing something most consider to be douchebagitry.
