I've gotten to where I've add to my FL all the other resource sellers so I'll know when they list and when to hold off til they list first.

As a SS, am I the only one thinking we should have a 70-100m range? That was my vision before playing this game. But I digress

just now on the GTN terminal someone was running around in circles again for no reason. talk about annoying atleast every other day this happens

4. Myself My good natured self befriended someone who was putting items on the GTN for 23-113 cr/unit. I /telled him and found out he did not know how to check going rates. I preceeded to teach him. He followed by undercutting me by a few credits my sales. sheesh

I just think stacks of 1 are just a waste of time. In the time it takes to sell 50 stacks of 1 I can sell 2 stacks of 20 and make more. I've gotten to the point where I do not have to gather my own material but just buy up all the underpriced mats people put up because they do not know how to research the going rate. Doing this allows me to place stacks of material of 20-32 for an average of 23k times 50 for 12 hours. On average during that 12 hours I sell 30 of those 50 stacks and make around 700k per 12 hour period. Alot more efficient than making 16k putting up stacks of 1. Unless you like being generous helping others out with small stacks, but it takes the same amount of time putting 50 stacks of 20 or 50 stacks of 1 which is not worth my time.

I hear ya, I stay far away from that stuff. I learned my lesson 3b. People trying to sell material,wears, etc in general chat. Do they not know of the GTN or something?

1. As a resource seller, someone pricing stacks 1 credit per unit lower than mine. If you are going to undercut me, undercut me! 2. People who place stacks on the GTN in stacks of 1, even worse people who put stacks of 1 that are undercutting me by 1 credit per unit. Just takes up space on the GTN and it's far more profitable in stacks of 20 or so. Putting 50 stacks of 1 with an average sale of 750 is 37,500 credits over 1-2 days. Just go out and run dallies for an hour and make more that. 3. Who are these fools that run around the GTN terminal in circles for an hour non stop? Do they have nothing better to do? Let me get this straight and tell me if I'm wrong. You are complaining that level 1 materials sell for 20 or so cr per unit and jumps up too 200 cr per unit for level 2 materials? Why? 200cr per unit is nothing. Laminoid, a level 1 material, on my server routinely sells for 800-1200 cr per unit. But 200? That is nothing.

Every 24 hour period by listing atleast 2 times per day I have anywhere from 70-100 sales in my inbox. It's not that hard seaching for the best price as there are only certain materials within those three classes I sell. Buying up all the uder priced materials is also easy as I have not had to gather my own materials since Jan. Just watch the materials, for example, Zal Alloy, which sells for 900-1100 per unit on my server. Lets say there are 3 pages of listings just run your mouse over the prices to get unit cost. Any stacks that are not 99 that are listed under 800 I buy up and re-sell for going rate. I also try to have each listing close to the 20k range. If something is selling for 700cr per unit I list stacks of 28 for 19,600 and so on... I also list in time periods of 12 hours if I'm off work for a better turn around. So, I have 70 sales at an average of 20k is 1.4 million gross. Probably spend around 500k per day buying up low priced materials. So on a slower day I net 700k for 90min of work. Buying and listing 50 items takes about 45min. Rest of the time I can play.

I gross 1-2 million per day just buying up low priced Bio/scav/arch materials and re-selling them. So I do not mind people undercutting by 50%, I hate the people who undercut by 1 credit per unit. lol

Not sure what you mean by all other planets are the same? Each planet has its own story line so no... Someone in your guild will have to invite and has high enough rank. Just ask one of your guild leaders to invite your alt.

Do you have to have the flashpoint mission before joining group finder or is it enough to join group finder without having said flashpoint in your quest log? Thanks in advance Raora

I'm well into 8 figures now and fortunately I do not gather much at all now. I just want to thank the people who put materials up for 23cr per unit when they actually sell for 1,000cr per unit

sorry, maybe its me but there seems to be a tons more people crafting than there is selling mats full time. I can count maybe 5 others on my server for whom I'm always competing on pricing wars versus the hundred of others making the same armor over and over.

yeah, spending 45min a day splitting stacks and placing them on the GTN for a measly 1 million credits per day sure is annoying.

just be a gatherer. I have Bioanalysis/archeology/scavaging on all my characters. Then buy up all underpriced mats and re sell them. Personally making 500k + per day with just about 45min of work done.

In my experience I've found slicing to be seriously over-rated

I have gathering on all my toons. Yet I hardly gather at all but purchase underpriced items off the GTN and re sell for the going rate. Days when I'm not at work I net 1 million credits per day and even when I just log once a day to check the mail I net around 400k per day credits
