I don't get how the republic can be held up as an example of how political violence has no place in a democracy when it is not wholly a democracy and has relied so heavily on the services of the GenoHaradan that they can be said to be a major if not the reason for the republic's political supremacy.

The Jedi only sever a person's connection to the Force if they were being really really evil. As for examples of Jedi retiring, I think Count Dooku was such an ex-jedi.

Just logged on in on one of my alts, and decided to go get some social clothing to replace the hideous thing she was currently wearing. Went to the Coruscant's social item dealer and noticed that they were selling the Formal set now. Went to the preview screen, liked how the jacket looked on my character, tried to buy it, and found out it's gender restricted. Um... Bioware, what's the point of that? You clearly have female models for it or my toon would be invisible. So what's the point of this?

Okay, I'm thinking Bioware was too obsessed with the idea of the Legacy Family Tree. being a literal family tree. This is laid out in the same way as a family tree, even though it doesn't work at all for unrelated characters.

Asking if the Sith are evil is pretty much the same as asking if the Nazis were evil. There were good guys, but they were the exception to the rule, and are usually held in contempt by the rest. Also Lord Praven isn't a good example of a non-evil Sith, since his virtue is what motivates him to defect to the Jedi.

I didn't like it. I found almost all of the characters to be boring, and I got the impression that the writer had never played K2 or even read the wookiepedia article. And I frankly would have preferred Revan to have died at the end of the book rather than set up the whole Maelstrom/Foundry mess.

The galaxy maps are not accurate, they're just an in-game convenience.

Revan is not the most important character in this era. He was kind of big 300 years ago, but not anymore. Frankly I would have been happier if Revan wasn't in this game at all.

Yeah, those things are weird. I was getting message about how I'm going to duel Thanaton in front of a crowd before I'd even gotten the challenge.

They didn't save Revan for the sake of morality, they just wanted his secrets so that they could get rid of the rest of the Sith. They were either lying when they talked about how they did this out of mercy, or they had been lied to.

Personally I suspect that the Emperor won't be dead until every class has killed him at least once.
