I really don't think this much nerf is needed, maybe a little bit of the opener burst toned down but thats about it. I play as a commando and I have to say Scoundrel/Operative aren't really all that op and not super hard to beat. A good player is a fun challenge to fight in pvp but they don't need this much nerf, if you get them ranged they can't even close the distance very well like say an Assassin, and the sin has just as much stun, burst, and even more sustained damage.
If you're going to nerf a class do teh Assasin before scoundrel/operative.
I hate that you guys are getting nerfed because bad players keep QQing.
