My question is did you do normal mode boarding party before you ever did hard mode? -
Did Hard Mode Black Talon without issue, can't set hard mode for directive 7 or boarding party, do I have to run these once in normal mode first or is there some other way to change difficulty?

I had a pending charge on my CC and now it has vanished, much like the grace period.

Anyone have the walmart customer service number we are supposed to call about our game?

Or we could...get that grace period we were promised before we made the terrible sin to order online hard copies.

You only get bioware responses if you make stupid claims like they aren't working 24/7 on the game, us walmart customers are small potatoes.

I never woke up one day and decided, today's the day I order a game from walmart!

You just walk in a retail store with it sealed and return it, no issues and I certainly wont have any regrets if I had just spent 6 days not being able to play while every other retailers customers were fine.

The real fault is the original promise of a grace period, without which I would have never ordered a hard copy at all. This issue better be resolved because missing 6 days of release is unacceptable for me and all of my friends who are already considering cancelling.

Bioware customer service will be hearing from me come the 20th if I am locked out of the game.
