I'm just curious if there is an alternative way of buying cartel coins, such as pre-paid cards at walmart or something. Or maybe if there is a way to use a seperate card to purchase them. For personal reasons, I can't use my credit card I use for subscription to buy cartel points, however I'm not sure if you can add/use another card for them.
