The ones that are litterally "Modifications" Mods. So in artifice there is listed, Hilts, Crystals, Enchancements and 'Mods'

Hmm maybe, it shows me as being able to learn them, but not allowing me, the funny thing is, if it was display error, it wouldnt be there every time i log in, ever since starting the game, trainer has had them.

I got Artifice to 240, and beyond, which is the first level you can learn mods, but the skill trainer wont let me learn i just get the message "you dont know have the right crew skill to learn this" or something to that effect. bassically saying, im not allowed to learn it as an artificer... ***.. why be able to teach it then? This just a bug, and broken? or am i missing something here?
