I can't even put into words the level is dissatisfaction today. I met all the requirements as far as being subscribed with in the time line to get early assess. Still on hold trying to actually talk to someone about the issue. In the end its going to be the same situation I"m sure because most companies are not willing to admit wrong doing on their end. Worst part is .. all of us that didn't get this early assess might not be getting the expansion for free either like all the people who got assess

Names... How many people allways pre oder their new choice in MMO just to insure your gaming name? Last I checked its pretty important to gamers serious about their MMO's. How many of us will not even get to use our gaming handle we have used for years maybe even decades for some us. This was obviously, something BW has not taken the time to consider. Witch is strange, they have mad such an amazing effort to get intake from fan and players and worked harder then any other company to provide your own person story in an MMO... but what good is that if you end having to use a name generator. On the same note about how BW has gone out of their way to appeal the game to us and constantly remind us in every add and every video that its all about us... Yet you can't even address the issue or make a public statement when the time really has come to show for you to show us your appreciation.
