Quest "Pre-emptive strike" on Alderaan (Empire) is bugged. In this quest you need to arm the Baradium Detonator, then the objective changes to "seal yourself in safe room". The safe room is the first room you come into when you enter the building. There is a control panel which is meant to be activated to seal the door, but you can't click it or use it in any way. The quest have a timer of 60 seconds, and when you fail to "seal yourself" (because the panel can't be activated) you die in the explosion.
