Hi an alle, hier mal nur nen kurzes Statement von mir zum Support. Hatte alle meine Huellen 236, 230 usw. an den Vendor verkauft und nach einem kurzen Ticket und Telefonat mit Kai vom Kundendienst wurde mir alle wiederhegestellt ohne nachzuhacken wann ich es verkauft habe usw. Kai hat sich echt die muehe gemacht mein komplettes Log durchzusehen seit es das Kommandosystem gibt um mir meine Item wiederherzustellen. Von so einem Mittarbeiter kann sich jede Firma mal ne Scheibe abschneiden weil Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ist nicht gleich ein must have wie sicherlich einige wissen! Dazu kommt noch das er zugehoert hat was man ihm gesagt hat und auch wirklich drauf eingegangen ist! Von mir einfach alle beiden Daumen hoch fuer Kai! MFG RADE
