  1. Then the group finder is probably not for you. If you want to be selective about who gets what loot and why, shouldn't be using it. Run with a group of friends or guildies. Yes person who want what is in the item NEEDS it more than person who WANTS shell. That however, does mean they are more entitled to it. Person who needs mods could just as easily pull said mods out of another piece of gear. Where as person who wants shell can only get the shell from that shell. By that logic WANT>NEED. But I'm not trying to imply that, just saying both parties helped in the kill both have a claim to it and thats what the dice are for. There is a reason you can't change the loot system in LFG. It has to be fair to everyone particpating. If a person doesn't want to pass on something they want because other person needs, they don't have to. It doesn't warrant a vote kick when thats how the system is designed. I will however grant you one bit here, when you click on the dice they clearly say NEED, GREED, or X. Clicking the NEED button implies you actually need it and at least some of its components. Unfortunately there is no WANT button and most people greed rather than pass, so if you actually do want some of it NEED is what you are stuck with.
  2. Everyone there participated and helped make things die. If one wants it for mods and one wants it for cosmtic appearance it makes no difference, both are entitled. It doesn't make vote kick viable, but you can't design a smart vote kick.
  3. Hey Spaghetti, its Rek. I was the other marauder in that group. I didn't see the vote kick after that kill, so perhaps he was trying to kick me. The tank did have some issues. He ran off with out the healer more times than I could count. Pulled while the healer had no force while I was spamming in chat healer needs force. And he had some unusual methods of going about the bosses, and made no attempt to explain what he was doing. I ran 3 other runs today and they were all great groups. Don't stress too much over one ego heavy tank. The great thing about no cross server, a person who acts like that will be ostracized by the community. They will get vote kicked at the start of a run for acting like that in the past.
  4. I actually encountered a similar problem with Def and absorb in PvE. Only one piece of my Columni set had absorb on it and it left me way def heavy. To slove the problem I acquired a duplicate of that item and stripped the mods from it and placed them in a different piece. Now I still have high level (56) rather than (51) mods in the gear, but I have the stats I want. It takes awhile longer to reach, but the end result is perfect.
  5. Cass, you are a sick S.O.B. Sincerely, Rek
  6. OK I can still get into the raid with a fresh lock out, I just can't get the quest
  7. I was foolish and didn't notice after completing EV normal last week I needed to go back and talk to the guy to turn in a quest. Today I was going to pick EV up again after the reset and it turned in last weeks quest. Now he won't talk to me. Do I have to wait until next week and miss this raid week? My lockouts are fresh in my codex but I can't get the quest to get in. Does the quest reset daily or weekly? If this is the case, the model is a little broken.
