    I just got a dye schematic for the dark red / black dye. requires artifice 400 and legendary with section x. I have both, but when I try to learn the schematic. I get a message, saying my skill is too low. I have a 410 artifice skill. Anyone know what the issue is?

    I know the exp boosts don't stack with other exp boosts, but does it stack with the double xp you get, when you're in a rested state ??
