This is basically what I was asking too. Does anyone know? Can we continue to play and simply avoid our story line missions (after doing the flirt option)?

Is it safe to assume that I can still continue to do side quests for now and simply avoid my story quests until this gets fixed (I am already past the Defector quest/flirt option), just to play it safe?

How long can I play before its too late with Kira? Before chapter 2? (whenever that is..)

I have had no conversions pop up whatsoever and I'm in the 20s. There's something going on even before that flirt option.
