Same problem here.

I think it would be a smart idea to start looking into transferring entire guilds from the high population servers to the low population servers. Currently there are 70 servers marked as being full. I think quite a few people would gladly server transfer their entire guild if it meant lower/no queue times. Yes it is launch and people are probably staying home to play but it will get worst during late night prime time around 6pm. Just something to consider.

I believe I was level 26 or 27 when I beat him. Make sure you are interrupting some of his casts.

They are working on sending the keys out. I have friends who got theirs a few hours ago and I only just received mine. Just be patient for a little bit longer.
