Thanks for the reply, i have found that soft caps/hard caps have been differing from different classes. and for the soft cap i am aware of that yes. i am not talking %s here i am taking the actual rating itself. my crit is at 36% and alacrity soft cap is NOT 30%.. i think i have hit a hardcap (unsure because sometimes gear is bugged when removing mods unless you relog) but it is at 13.19% hard capped (not confirmed.) So far a guild member and myself have been trying to find out the hard caps. So far i have found my Alacrity hard cap is 470 (wont go beyond that) Crit is at 491. Power, and surge i have hit the soft caps with 150 surge, and 242 power. This is NOT confirmed just what we have noted so far. More information on hard caps is needed!!!
