[Insane stuttering on good PC]

Here is how I fixed stuttering, not low fps, for me:

 

Turned off enhanced shadows, turned down the shadow quality slider.

 

Turned off Vsync

 

Restarted the game

 

Turned back on all the shadow options

 

Suspect it was Vsync that solved it

 

I had stuttering really bad as well and I have an RTX3080.

 

Also try window mode but I don't think I have left that on.

Just returned because of Star Wars fever season and the expansion. The textures make this so hard to play. I play on 3440 x 1440 and the low and high settings almost have no difference that's how low the high res textures are. There are zig zag stretch marks all over the textures.

Well I was on the transfer page as soon as it was available but it was BUGGED. So I decided to give it a few days and now its closed! This is total bs, I have friends who don't want to play unless they can transfer asap before diablo 3 ..so now they are out completely and I wanna play still but I have been slapped in the face.
