which is the best daily accommodation relic to get for gunnery spec?

When you choose your advanced class, you should get an item box which when you click you should be given items to equip....which I believe one of them is a lightsaber.

We ran it not long ago with 2 commando's (dps), a sage (healer), and a guardian (tank) and after a few wipes we learned the fight and it wasnt so bad. Our group wasnt even full columi either. Sure the fight is difficult, but with a group who knows how to play it is very do-able.

Just remember after this point, there really is no "rotation". It is all then about making sure the 5 stacks stay on the target and to hit FA every time it procs. Other then that, it is GR in between, with HS being used when I need to regen some ammo. I also look to keep my ammo at full recharge rate or the one right below. I never let it get below that unless I am about to use my regen skill.

I always GR->GR->HS->GR and then pop my skill that gives me a free ammo cast and then use demo round. This always leaves me with good ammo and regen at the beginning.

Ran a test against a combat training target. I was able to sustain about 1200-1300dps for 300 seconds (could have kept going if I wanted to). I am gunnery spec, full columi set (my weapon is champion main...so not as good) http://www.torparse.com/a/6070 few notes: I only used grav round when I knew i'd still have enough ammo left to regen at a good rate. I only used HiB when I had 5 stacks on myself. FA was used whenever it proc'ed I was not buffed at all. I did use my relic when it was available.

No complaints, just curious to what peoples repair bill was after their first run through lost island. I am sure we'll see some crazy numbers. I think mine was a little over 100k! haha worth every penny though!

With 1.2, there should not be ANY sort of rotation, rather have guidelines My goal's during a long dps fight: -Get 5 GR vorticies on target and keep them there. -Use FA every time it procs (and only when it procs) -Use Demo round every time its available, assuming 5 verticies are on target -Use HIB whenever I have 5 charges -Use my free cost cast (cant remember the name of it!) as soon as its available, and use it for demo round if possible.

How useful is the accuracy stat for commando dps? I've heard people mention it is probably the most useless stat out there. Just trying to figure out if it's worth going after, or if I should be looking to add more crit/power/surge/alacrity or any other stats. Unfortunately the DPS columni set pieces are accuracy.

could be enrage timer. We never got to that point. We either died before the enrage timer or killed him.

Cleared it today. We weren't even full columni. wiped on each boss a good amount of times. When we finally cleared it, in my mind I was saying "I never want to run this again". But now that I think of it, I loved how difficult it was. It actually takes a good team to get through it. the loot does suck for the difficulty though i will agree.

I love the game, and understand that issues will come with large updates (I am a software engineer, i've expirenced such things myself)....but I for sure would never give back my free game time. I will take it like a man and use every day of it that i can. maybe buy myself a pizza with the money I saved!

Look at the different sets available, and pick the one where the set bonus's are for skills you have. Some of the gear has stats you may like more, but the set bonus's are not for the spec you have. I made the mistake of just looking at the stats first, and realized later the set bonus's did not do anything for me.

so I went to ilum this afternoon. Instead of the 50 imps camping our respawn location, they camp both sides of our exit at the base. thanks bioware for at least letting me get out of ilum. now fix the stupid imbalance part that is the issue to begin with.

yes. i remember trying it 3 times to this one sith and it never pushed him back a single time. little frustrating.

its essential because it doesnt take ammo. so when you need to recharge ammo to use your bigger skills, you use hammer shot. probably the most critical skill for a trooper in my opinion. plus it can also heal.

does that skill only increase healing? cause I've seen at one spot it says only healing, but another it says healing and damage.

I always try to get my 5 stacks of armor debuff on any target as soon as i can (it helps your group to get it up fast). without hurting my ammo regen too much, I typically start out with: -Grav Round -Grav Round -Hammer Shot -Grav Round -Demo Round This leaves me generally still with a good ammo regen. I then will usually go to a Full Auto or another Hammer Shot, depending on the fight. Usually after that point, I Grav Round and hammer shot until Full Auto is proc'd (while making sure my ammo regen stays at a good rate).
