So here I am. Well geared 50 VG Tank / Commando DPS looking for a guild that is ACTIVE and does regular OPS on the weekends mornings to late afternoons. I am tired of not having the folks to do ops but can't be on a mandatory game schedule. Work and RL family come first and I will not be penalized for it. Good chance if the guild is active and understanding of RL adult schedules then I will bring friends who are also well geared with similar schedule issues.

I am the leader of a small REPUBLIC guild. We started out this game with around 30 active folks and a continuous 5 to 10 online around the clock. Several of our players burned themselves out relatively quickly by power-leveling to 50 in fewer than 2 weeks upon launch or trying to level 8 characters at once. The reality is we are now down to about 6 – 8 active players and we all rarely catch each other online. The 6 – 8 we have, have been together going on 8 yrs now from SWG. The small size of our guild is not conducive to higher end content and frustrating. I am considering merging with a larger guild. Here is what I am looking for: Family oriented; an active player base with 10-15 players online regularly at varying hours (I have folks in Europe); mostly adults who understand that RL is more important than game play; regular PVE and PVP runs (no assigned permanent teams) on the weekends (adults have to work you know) that are early enough in the afternoon that our euro players can get in on them; laid back attitude and no booting folks just because of inactivity based on RL. I would also like officer privileges for at least myself so that I can round up our strays. This is what we bring: Mature well versed players who fully understand that RL is more important than gameplay; a group of loyal friends who have been together for years and work well together with most anyone; folks who have geared tanks and medics besides just DPS alts. As the GL of Ijaat Aliit, I can vouch for Dominus Nihil. They are all good folks and my guild always enjoys when we can get together and run with them.

Wholeheartedly agree. What a waste of time and materials if we can't RE this stuff. OP has the solution and this answer from the Friday Q& A doesn't seem to help....lets make that work. Very tired of wasting all of my crafting materials on stuff no one wants and I can't give away.

Why can I craft Battlemaster appearance armor but not Rakata appearance armor since 1.2? Makes no sense to make schematics for one available and not the other.

Is the Consular Rescue Skill specific to the healing tree or do all Sages share it once they hit level 42?

My suggestion is to look for a copy of the Mandalorian language that Karen Traviss developed a few years ago. Plenty of good stuff in there for names. All of my toons have Mandalorian names. Very "Star Warsy" as long as you don't use the names from the Republic Commando series which is just plain un-creative.
