Kaas City is the capital of Dromund Kaas. I think the original plan was that both factions got their own cantina party, but I don't know what happened to the Reps :3

At least Amok the Stalwart will be there representing the Sith. Also we need to make sure the everyone is in the same instance of Kaas City and hopefully we'll get chat bubbles before the event.
