Hi, I know that when you press 'c' to bring up your character panel, it shows aim, strength etc and describes what they are used for. However, stats such as power, critical rating, absorb rating, and defense rating aren't described anywhere (or if they are, please point me in the right direction). The only way I have found out what power does (it increases damage and healing to all abilities) was because I saw it described on a loading screen when playing the game. Does anyone know what each of these extra stats do, is there somewhere I can find out? Any help much appreciated

I Had the exact same problem with my trooper, I am certain this must be a bug and I hope it gets fixed otherwise we won't be able to fully complete our codex

I'm also confused as I have the same problem, I haven't received my items in game and I pre-ordered a DDE on 21st July

This is exactly the problem I had and I sent a ticket to customer service, but they asked me for the quest name that came before this 'Item Modification' quest and I couldn't remember it otherwise they could be investigating it now (although they probably might be looking at it now anyway even without the quest name). So if anyone could give me the quest name where you receive the modifiable weapon, I can send a reply to the email they sent me asking for details. Thanks

How do people know what theyre missing, when I look at the codex in game, I select Ord Mantell and I just see progression bars just showing how many of each section I have (e.g. 2 of 4), where can you see which ones youre missing?

... where you receive your first weapon that you can modify (as a trooper) on Ord Mantell. I need to get the name of this so I can provide information to customer services about not receiving the quest which should follow this one. If anyone can remember it, it would be much appreciated. Thanks
