  1. There needs to be an option in the video settings that prevents pets from being shown. The pets have no in-game purpose and needlessly reduces the framerate on slower PC's.
  2. While most speeder bikes don't take up that much room (as in visual space on my monitor) there are several that would dwarf a Cadillac El Dorado. In ninety-nine percent of the game, this isn't an issue. However, the one place it is an issue is around the GTN terminals. It's not uncommon to be completely unable to see the GTN terminal because a few players are using it without first dismounting from their speeders. RECOMMENDATION: Clicking on the GTN should automatically dismount a player from their speeder.
  3. There's a level 49 "blue" set of black armor that can be crafted by Armormechs.
  4. Thanks for the reply... sucks that I wasted a bunch of resources in a vain attempt to equip her. C'est la vie.
  5. I just tried to equip Kira with a orange-level of Consular's lower robes, and it tells me she's not the right class... huh?
  6. Thanks. I wasn't dragging the new character on top of the old one. Appreciate the quick answer!
  7. So I've got a level 50, and I've started a new character, but I can't figure how how to link the two characters together. When I go into the Legacy menu, it shows my level 50 at the center of the screen and my new character sitting in a slot on the left side. However, when I try to drag-n-drop the new character into the center area (near the 50) nothing happens. The character just jumps back to the slot on the left. What am I missing? How do I link the two characters? Thanks, Mack
  8. Ahh, that explains it. (I just switched to a Jedi Knight after playing a Trooper. I was hoping I could use Follow Target to chase down enemies.) Thanks, Mack
  9. Is it supposed to work on enemy targets?
  10. I found the keybing "Follow Target" in the options, but it doesn't seem to do anything. I select a target, hit the bound key, and nothing happens. At first I assumed I bound the key incorrectly, but if I hit the key without a target I get an error message saying I need a target. What am I missing here? What is "Follow Target" supposed to do? Thanks, Mack
  11. So I recently hit 50, finished Corellia, and moved on to fixing all of Ilum's problems. But to my surprise, Ilum's problems don't want me to solve them. In fact, when I try, they hit back... hard. I face-planted twice against relatively benign enemies (a silver with 3 standards). Ouch. I know my gear isn't the uber (my armor is the "blue" version of the level 49 Armormech recipes) but, dang these guys hit harder than I expected. I have to have Elara with me at all times... anyone else and I might not survive even a simple fight. Was anyone else surprised by how much tougher Ilum is?
  12. Just had the same problem. You have to leave the planet and return to it. Just travel to a nearby planet, then right back to Coruscant. For some reason the game doesn't realize you have arrived, so you have to arrive again.
  13. What's the best source for finding techstaff and techblade weapons for Vik and Yunn? The GTN is rather sparse for these.
  14. The advanced trainer is at the Republic Fleet space station. You'll go there once you finish the Ord Mantell story line. You'll also pick up your first companion when you finish Ord Mantell. (In other words, be patient for a little while longer.)
