  1. Now that I can craft some 27 enhancements I went to my ship to get a + critical Artifice piece for my ship droid. Low and behold, there isn't one. There also isn't one for Armormech or Biochem? Why? Also, the Armsmech crit bonus one is only +2 while Synthweaving and Cybertech are +5. Why are the ship droid pieces so limited (and random) and why did some of the crafting professions get the shaft on them?

     

    No one got screwed, you just aren't familier with crafting:

     

    T7-01/Jaesa +5 critical Synthweaving

    corso riggs +5 critical Armstech

    Doc +5 critical Biochem

    Tanno +5 critical Armormech

    ship droid +5 critical cybertech/Synthweaving +2 crit Armstech

    HK-51 +1 critical all (there's your artifice)

I have created a new Empire Bounty Hunter and are currently on Lvl 12 , How ever my companion won't Craft, I can learn and unlearn any craft but when i go to craft any items nothing happens, I can go on Cynthweaving and Underground Skill missions with no fuss. I have bought tons of materials so thats not the issue, I have noticed that when you click on the item to craft it it says says "Requires 59s" ?????

     

    Any ideas as I am really getting frustrated with this , I have reported this issue online and via the website +- 4 days ago to SWTOR Customer Support with no response yet.:mad:

     

     

    there is a time that it takes for companions to leave and go craft stuff, this can range from 1 minute to over 45 minutes. also i notice you have Synthweaving and UT.....you will need Archeology materials in order to craft Synthweaving items. you'll need to buy additional schematics as you level your skill so you can craft new items. do you have your ship yet? crafting goes alot faster when you have that robot helping you.

  3. Biochem is pointless if you don't have Diplomacy. also, EVERYONE is biochem, so no money to be made there.

     

    drop that and pick up Cybertech and Artifice. the two most useful professions in the game.

     

    so...Cybertech, Artifice, (Armormech if you want to sell MK augment kits). you are going to want to pair those with Scavenging, Underworld Trading, Slicing, Archeology, Treasure Hunting.

  4. 400 in everything over 6 characters. I still actively craft armorings, mods, enhancements, color crystals, earpieces, implants, augment kits, and barrels. i can easily make a million credits a day if i wanted to.

     

    1. you have to remember that there is still a huge market for items level 1-46. i stopped crafting level 50 items a long time ago. except for the MK-5-6 kits. those things sell almost instantly.

     

    2. always sell what is NOT on the gtn.

     

    crafting is not dead by any means and there are still tons of different ways to make alot of money crafting. this may or may not have been the OP's point, but i'm just throwing that out there.

  5. with the new adaptive armors available through the cartel store...why throw down 1 million credits when you get better looking unique gear for free? (free cartel coins with subscription)

     

    covert pilot armor is awesome !

  6. so, they just keep repeating the missions? so set up companions on alts, log off...come back tomorrow and you are 400 in everything?

     

    c'mon man....that's making it way too easy. and talk about destroying the economy. the market would be flooded with crafting materials. it would destroy what's left of crafting.

  7. lol you guys obviously never did skillups in Everquest crafting. 100+ combines for 1 skill up was pretty common. oh and you had to click drag all of your materials into the craft box. some of the recipes had 9 items. ugh.

     

    yeah REing sucks....but it could be much, much worse.
