It looks like I am having issues with my subscription. The website says my subscription was processed on Nov 7th at 1:15 am with 27 days of game time remaining, which in it self doesn't make sense, but in game i only have preferred status. Is there way someone can take a look at my account since I can't open an in-game ticket.
