Im curious as to what u mean by fully raid buffed. ATM I'm fully T2 geared with the earpiece and both implants from T3, I also have switched out my enhancements for surge instead of alacrity. Fully buffed, no adrenals or relics, I have 550 bonus healing, 40% crit and 90% CM, the only way I can get over 600 bonus healing and 6700-7400 point heals(using kolto injection) is if I've used my adrenals and I'm healing myself because I have put points in "survival training" in the concealment tree. If I use my adrenals and have my shield up, I get over 8k heals on myself, but not on others. On other people, I get around 5500-6200 without adrenals and 6400-7200 with adrenals. So by fully raid buffed, do you mean with adrenals and relics?
Don't get me wrong I'm happy with my healing ability in raids, however, I do think nanotech needs a buff and the "medical therapy" talent needs to be fixed since its not working at all.
I think our main mechanic is our hots with SP, kolto injection and kolto infusion to be used periodically for burst. If you get your rhythm down, you can put kolto probe on an entire 8-man raid within a minute and keep them up since they only use one cast to restack the 2 if you get it before it drops. With those up and nanotech on I can hit for around 2k combined with crits and around 1200 combined without. Add adrenals to this mix and your are talking 1500 combined without crits and 2400 with. On average from near death those 2 hots will heal a 19k+ tank up to full health in 15-20 seconds if you pop your adrenal. Hit with SP while they are still under 30% , kolto injection, then another SP, you can refill their bar in about 5 seconds, less with nice crits. If you set your kolto probes up on the entire group before you start the encounter then hit your nanotech when you run in, you can have full energy and mad healing on the group pretty much the entire fight. The trick to this class IMO is to anticipate the incoming damage and stay ahead of it instead of healing it after it happens.
