Only using Cartel Coins? I am not Legacy 40 or have 1 million Credits. How do i unlock him? I do not see the Contract in the cartel market for 2100.

Ok I am new to the game and i made a Sniper. I plan on doing Pvp Alot. I will want to destory the Alliance at every turn. I was wondering what is the best Spec for PvP?
