OwenBrooks Posted 4 hours ago Share Posted 4 hours ago this occurs on systems that dont meet the games minimum game requirements , likely insufficient dedicated vram Options would be to login and do that section on a computer that meets the game minimum specs or ask swtor support to move that character forward due to unable to proceed if need email support@swtor.com using the email address you have put on that account , detail swtor diplayname and server and character , just be aware issues will likely occur with the newer expansions too due to design for higher specs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
